How can I use my remaining Account Credits?

We are in the process of removing the option to pay for your orders by ‘Account Credits’. If you have remaining credits in your account, it will be used to pay for your next checkout. If there are insufficient credits, the system will direct you automatically to pay the balance via Paypal.

An Affiliate Program is a revenue sharing program where the affiliate drives traffic to a merchant's web site in exchange for referral commissions. When a user clicks on the affiliate link to the merchant’s website and completes a purchase, he (she) gets a commission!

How do I get started?
Step 1. Sign up to the program.
Step 2. Accept the Terms & conditions. Once your application is approved, you will get access to the banners, coupon codes and text links that you can place on your website.
Step 3. Start collecting your commissions!

How much the participation cost? The membership in our Affiliate Program is absolutely free. As an active participant you just need to keep linking and collect your commissions.

Who can participate in the Affiliate Program? Anyone! It doesn’t matter whether you run a large ecommerce website or a small blog you are welcome to join our program.

How are sales tracked? Once your membership is approved, you will be provided with banners, text links and other marketing materials that you can promote on your website. When users click on one of the links you placed, they will be directed to our site and their activity will be tracked by our affiliate program.

How much will I earn? All affiliates can get a commission from each purchase made by their referrals.
We pay commissions upon your withdrawal request and when the commission balance is sufficient.

How can I change the border and color?

Once you have opened the editor, you can either remove the border or change the color under the "Product" setting.

Where can I adjust the size of the mat?

If you have selected a mat, you will be redirected to the editor. Under the menu item "Product" you can select your size of the mat in addition to the edge.

CAN I PICK UP MY MAT DIRECTLY?

Mymat.com by TTS GmbH is a pure online shop. The designed products are produced, printed and shipped directly to customers at various specialist companies in the European Union.

CAN I CLEAN MY MAT MYSELF?

Doormats are committed. Dirt that adheres to the soles of the shoe should be held. This is only possible if the used doormats are able to absorb dirt. To ensure this is permanent, the doormats should be cleaned regularly.

Depending on the material, cleaning is possible on site. Doormats with a rubber back can be washed in the household washing machine as long as the loading weight of the washing machine allows this.

IS EXPRESS SHIPPING POSSIBLE?

For each item, the different delivery time is due to the manufacturing process. In principle, production and shipping is carried out according to the principle of "first in first out". This means that what is ordered first is also produced and shipped first.

HOW DO I CREATE NEW DESIGNS AS A DESIGNER?

Basically, there are two types of designs

 

so-called design ideas and so-called design templates

 

Both are created via the login in the front end

- Design Ideas, as overlay on product images

 

- Design templates, as drawing platform (canvas), select this point for doormats

 

in both cases there is a button "create design"

HOW DO I WORK NEW DESIGN SUGGESTIONS OF DESIGNERS IN BACKEND?

Login with admin authorization in the backend.

 

Left menu, NETWORK, manage notifications NOTIFICATIONS, filter on PUBLISH DESIGN.

 

All currently tested DESIGN PROPOSALS are displayed.

 

View button to the right of the line press, the data about a design will be displayed and can be edited.

 

Under the menu item DESIGNER INFORMATION, the status of the theme can be changed. The current status is "awaiting appoval" to choose from:

Under assign PRODUCT menu item, the design of products to which the designer has assigned it can be removed. (e.g. because we know that this does not make sense in theory but in terms of parking)

 

WHY CAN'T I UPLOAD MY PICTURE?

Basically, there are three reasons why an image cannot be uploaded.

 

The product is not suitable for printing with a photo. Therefore, no upload is offered.

 

The upload takes place in the designer of the respective article under the menu item "Photos" on the left.

 

If you don't want to use an image, you can't upload an image.

 

For upload, it is possible to load the images from the hard drive of your PC or mobile device. In addition, it is possible to update images from FLICKR, PICASA, INSTAGRAM, DROPBOX or FOTOLIA. If you do not have any image files or an account with the listed programs on the device, you will also not be able to upload images.

HOW DO I CREATE A NEW TEMPLATE?

Templates are designs of products that are made available to users for use.

 

The customer has the choice to design the templates as desired, e.g. exchange names, change fonts, adjust colors as desired and add symbols.

 

Steps to create a new template:

 

Select W2P in the backend

Under the category "Template" select templates

Click on "Add new Design" at the top right

Assign a design name

Select the category

Add a description (can also be done later)

Add a URL key (e.g. welcome mats)

Select at Unit Centimeters

Width on 75 and the Higth on 50

Top right on Save

When saved appears below "Create Design"

Click Create Design

Create the new template with the editor
